“Jodie came very highly recommended to me as I sought to prepare my exit from my previous employer with a view to building my own business which, thanks to Jodie’s support and guidance, has been an extremely smooth and successful journey!
Jodie was able to provide my new business with all of the legal support, guidance and documentation that it needs to move forward with confidence. I can safely say that the detail and thought that has gone in to my staff contracts, handbook and the company’s terms and conditions are such that they are the best I have ever seen. Something I am grateful for now, but will no doubt be even more grateful for in the future as we look to grow and expand.
Having never required the support of a Solicitor in the past for such a venture I was surprised at just how much time and effort was vested in the personal element of our relationship. Jodie and the wider team have worked in real partnership with me as if my companies’ success was as important to them as it is me. Jodie has answered my calls morning, noon and night! Extremely refreshing.
Therefore I am recommending Jodie as highly as she came recommended to me as someone to turn to not only for the high quality advice but also because she is someone you can trust absolutely at a time when you need it the most.”

She is also a regular speaker at a variety of seminars and workshops on behalf of Mindful Employer, Barclays Bank and Ascension.
“Jodie presented us with an excellent definition of disability discrimination and an overview of key information and legal facts on the subject of reasonable adjustments. As a counselling therapist, who often works with people who are on sickness absence from their work due to mental health issues, I was very interested in Jodie’s workshop theme. I found it particularly useful that Jodie defined in plain language what the law sets out on this complex subject.
I thought Jodie’s advice to employers to start thinking about their policies and procedures and making sure that they are knowledgeable about reasonable adjustments and aware of the support they can get to put these in place was very helpful and encouraging to hear.
I found Jodie a knowledgeable speaker and she really engaged the group with her clear and friendly delivery. She was also very approachable after the workshop to answer questions. Her passion for employment law really came across.”
