Running a business can be an expensive journey, however due to some fabulous people along the way I have picked up many tips and online sites that have helped cut down those costs and help develop my brand without expensive outsourcing.

5 Free Online Tools Every Business Owner Should Know 

Many I wish I had known a lot earlier on in my journey! So let me pass them on to you know and hopefully they will benefit you as much as they did me, some you may wish to upgrade but most give you a fantastic service for Free. 



Canva is your new best friend; from design your logo, business cards through to social media posts and even brochures. It’s your new best friend and completely free along with some great templates

You can get a 30 free day trial to upgrade. This allows you to convert sizes of imagery, add all your company branded colours and wording to save having to search the fonts and colours out.


Tweetdeck and Hootsuite

Need someone to post those tweets and Facebook posts through the day? These two tools allow you to do so in advance and with ease. I prefer tweet deck but it’s down to you and your preferences

If social media is key to your business you need to know the hashtags for your market. This fabulous site helps you see where you rank the top influencers in your sector but also the hash tags you need to be using.




Looking for funky images to use with Canva or your website, look no further this website allows you to have access to free imagery and some pretty cool ones if you ask us!

A great free resource to connect all your projects together allowing everyone to work in real time. A great way to keep on top of your tasks and events and projects on line. Worth watching the tutorial to get to grips with-it.  But fabulous especially if you are working with people on events or projects but not in the same place or office.
