Revisit your start of year strategy and see what worked or didn’t and how close you are to achieving your goals. Starting a blog can be a great goal to set yourself bringing new content you can share from your website.
3. Audit Your Social Strategy
Now that you have gone over the results and looked at what worked and didn’t work, make the relevant changes, find out when is the best time to post on social media for your brand.
Keeping it fresh will help keep you on track and help you get the results you are looking for.
4. Look at Focusing on One Platform
From time to time your effort can be re-focused on just one social channel; which is working best for you? Carry out an audit and look at what platform is producing the most interaction. Spend a month focusing on that platform, but don’t just abandon your other platforms.
5. What Are Your Competitors Up To?
Again, carry out an audit of their social media and see what is working for them. Look at the top 3 competitors within your industry and location and see what you might be able to apply to your own strategy. But remember, don’t steal their work; instead, use it as inspiration for your work.
Carry out all these steps and you will have a fresh looking social media platforms and plan for the next six months.
