The Best Soft Play in Leeds For Serious Fun (2025)
If you’re anything like me, soft play has been a lifesaver some days. Rainy weekend? Playdate chaos? Early finish from a nursery? Need to get some time on the laptop? I’ve been there—armed with snacks, a change of clothes, and the patience of a saint. I have even done my fair share of ball pits and ball pools, along with messy play toddler sessions with my toddler. I have also nearly got stuck in a play slide trying to chase my toddler to leave!
I lived in North Leeds for over 10 years, raising my son through all the toddler stages (hello tantrums and constant snack demands), so a great soft play area allowed me to work while he played. I still head back to Leeds regularly, and a lot of my closest mum friends are based up there. Between us, we’ve tried pretty much every soft play session in the city — from the big jungly ones to the lovely independent gems or the soft play with a dedicated toddler area for your little ones you might not have heard about yet.
So, if you’re hunting for a brilliant soft play in Leeds—whether you’re local or just visiting—this is your mum-to-mum guide, updated for 2025. These are the spots we keep coming back to, whether it’s for a proper play session or just a much-needed coffee while the kids burn off some serious energy.
