We hand-hold our vendors throughout the sales process, building trust and offering advice and recommendations. You’ll ensure that vendors are regularly updated on progress and provide constructive viewing feedback.
From beginning to end, we are responsible for our sales process. We arrange viewings, deal with internet enquiries, conduct vendor home visits and support the Valuers.
We handle offers, follow up sales, and keep both vendors and applicants updated throughout the sales process. We also build relationships with solicitors to ensure that the sales process is handled in a timely manner.
We provide a professional service to everyone we work with and ensure that all sales viewing applicants are updated on their viewing status before the end of each day.
We negotiate offers made on properties, ensuring the best price and purchaser is always obtained for the vendor. We also qualify purchasers and check full chain details before instructing any sale.
We follow tried and tested in-house policies and procedures with attention to detail and consistency, to make sure we uphold our high levels of service.
