Most us have young families at home. This means we’re so are all too familiar with the rush to drop our little ones at nursery or school club before fighting the rush hour traffic. Eventually landing in the office already harassed. We also appreciate how guilty we feel at times if we miss assemblies, award ceremonies, sports days and the like due to work commitments. Imagine if it didn’t have to be this way.
We believe in doing things differently. In a more intelligent, less traditional way, and we’re perfecting it. We’re finding that working more flexibly is achieving similar results. So we firmly support the view that a happy worker is a productive worker.
Food Industry Associates believe in giving back to an environment that allows us to work outside of traditional hours and address work/life balance. It’s not rocket science – it’s how successful relationships work. So, whilst we often work unusual hours, you can rest assure we’re focused on the task in hand when we are working.
We’re generally less stressed. Therefore more engaged and more focused due to the way we operate. In short, all that is required to succeed in our business is the right attitude. That’s it, it really is that simple.
