Bailoran Solicitors was founded in 2013. The aim is to provide people with a friendly, no nonsense and commercial approach to resolving their legal issues.

Promoting Part Time and/or Flexible Working
The Bailoran model is based on hiring consultants rather than a traditional employee approach. This model therefore promotes part time, flexible working and remote working. This model is ideal for those looking to return to work but are unable to work traditional full time on a 9 to 5 basis.
Despite consultants not always working from the Leeds office. We make every effort to ensure colleagues feel part of the business. We have full time support staff and encourage meeting up whenever practicalities allow. This can be in a professional capacity at one of our Quarterly Business Updates or socially at a works night out or activity day.
Our offices are based in the family friendly suburb of Chapel Allerton in Leeds. Just off the main Harrogate Road. There are great road connections to Leeds City Centre and the motorway network.
Currently a team of six, our ten man office has free parking. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from the bustling shops and businesses at the heart of Chapel Allerton.
